Hi, I'm Sophie and I'm a Counselling Therapist, based in Burton-upon-trent. I currently offer face to face and video call sessions for adults, young people and children.

Reaching out initially and starting therapy can at times be a hard and difficult decision for many, yet can also be an easy and obvious choice for others. I'm here for all circumstances. Everyone's journey in life is unique and the therapy sessions I offer are tailored to the individual for that reason.

My therapy room is located in a rural farm courtyard in Burton-upon-trent which enables you to take a step back momentarily and take a breath in a peaceful setting.
