I'm Sophie and I'm a Psychotherapeutic Counselling Therapist based in the UK- midlands. I currently offer video call sessions for adults, young people and children. Sessions are available for individuals, couples or families. If your unsure of what you require, get in touch and we can have a chat about possible options. I am not currently providing face to face sessions.

Reaching out initially and starting therapy can be daunting and a difficult decision for many, yet can also be an easy and obvious choice for others. I'm here for all circumstances. Everyone's journeys in life are unique and the therapy sessions I offer are tailored to the individual for that reason.

My therapy room for face to face sessions is a safe, cosy, comfortable space; located in a rural farm courtyard in Stretton, Burton-upon-trent. This therapy space enables clients to step back from the outside world momentarily, prioritise their own needs and take a breath in a peaceful setting. 

​

Equally videocall sessions are a safe and comfortable process and it enables flexibility and also convenience for clients; not requiring them to travel or factor in travel time to their day to attend their appointment. In addition to being able to do it from their own safe space.
